Travel Insurance
Minimum coverage of €30,000, valid in all Schengen states.
Must cover medical emergencies and repatriation.
Flight Reservation
Round-trip itinerary or reservation (no need to buy the ticket yet).
Proof of Accommodation
Hotel booking or invitation letter from a host in Denmark.
Proof of Financial Means
Recent bank statements (last 3 months).
Or sponsorship letter if someone else is funding your trip.
The Danish authorities typically require DKK 500 (~€67) per day of stay.
Cover Letter
Explaining the purpose of your trip, travel dates, and who will cover the expenses.
Proof of Civil Status
Marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. (if applicable).
Detailed travel itinerary.
Proof of ties to your home country (e.g., job letter, property ownership, etc.).
Invitation letter from the company in Denmark.
Letter from your employer stating your position and purpose of the visit.
Invitation letter from the host.
Copy of the host’s Danish residence permit or passport.
Proof of relationship (if applicable).
Acceptance letter from the educational institution.
Proof of payment for course/tuition (if applicable).
